When the if() condition if false than the line direct come to the ELSE but,in ELSE above else if() than the else if() condition is check.

 Else if : in simple meaning of else if when the if() condition is wrong than the else if condition is check so first if() cindition is check than the else if().

 Else : meaning if all condition are wrong than the else part is automatically executed. In else part there have no condition if, user want to default part than the else part is used.
